MINI MAKEOVER $550 - Get started right away!. You will see a big difference in a matter of a few hours using what you already have. 4hrs, with 2hrs of planning/prep:​ We will roll up our sleeves, follow our detailed Staging Report and work together to start staging the main areas of the home. We will focus our efforts on key living areas of the home to get you top dollar on the sale of your home. We will bring in essential staging accessories to give you a "visual shopping list" of what to purchase, leaving you feeling confident on the items you will need ​ONE DAY HOME MAKEOVER $850 -This service simply extends our time together! 7hrs in the home and 2hrs planning/prep time which includes: ​If you have a larger project that requires a few more hours? No problem, we have you covered. Tackling main areas of the home, that were identified in our detailed Staging Report Day 23 will bring in essential staging accessories to give you a "visual shopping list" of what to purchase in order to have buyers to fall in love. You will walk away with a beautiful "after" photo of your staged rooms! ​FIRST IMPRESSIONS MAKEOVER $1650 -This service will be done entirely by Day 23.   ​We will do all the work for you and completely stage all the main areas of the your home.  Day 23 will bring in essential staging accessories to give you a "visual shopping list" of what to purchase in order to have buyers to fall in love. You will walk away with a beautiful "after" photo of your staged rooms! ​ **We will also prepare a staging proposal at no cost to you, for additional labor, accessories and/or furniture rental should you need assistance to complete the staging process and/or if your home is vacant. ​ Shopping Expertise available $75/hr. Day 23 will create a budget and shop for those accessories that serve as investments in the sale of your home.
