Day 23 will walk you through a intensive, detailed, and customized Staging Report, ensuring you get the home sold for the best price possible!  This service is designed to give you all the objective, expert advice you need to do the staging work yourself.  * Detailed staging consultation $250 This service requires a minimum of 2hrs, which includes: ​Start with a phone interview in order to completely understand your needs. Checklist for each room of the home Top Dollar Guide Recommended furniture arrangement and flow De-cluttering, de-personalizing and optimizing space in each room Highlighting architectural features and guiding the buyer's eyes to notice high-value assets Lighting, window treatments and accessory arrangement Color advice and emotional connection points in each space, so buyers can visualize themselves in a space. At the end you will be feeling confident to execute the plan, with a Priority Shopping list in hand and a Exclusive vendor list to help you get the staging done.  **If the home is larger than 3,000 sq.ft. with multiple staging areas, there could be an additional time cost to cover the additional spaces and time on the project.       ​​​ ​
